Maintenance Support Service (MSS)
Maintenance Support Service (MSS) is annual subscription and available as an Add-On item.
MSS only valid for purchases within 30 days upon license purchase.
MSS renewal only valid for purchases before existing subscription expires.

What is Maintenance Support Service (MSS)
Maintenance Support Service (MSS) is an annual subscription based maintenance and support plan, offering a variety of benefits to help customers get the most out of their progeCAD software. It also cuts down upgrades costs and receive more value added services. MSS provided and managed by progeCAD Malaysia. For additional local support (e.g: on-site) please refer to your nearest local dealers (additional fees may be applicable, or may not – please do not hesitate to ask them). For international users (outside Malaysia region), users will have another option to choose iCARE subscription whereby the support shall be handled directly by progeSOFT Support Team.
All support and services are provided online. If you need an on-site support/services, please contact your nearest local dealers.
For an annual fee, MSS customers will get convenient access to the following benefits:
- New Releases — users will receive all progeCAD updates and new version releases at no charge.
- Support — users will receive priority technical support assistance via the Online Helpdesk service through Submit Ticket, Email, Live Chat and Remote Support.

Please provide your subscription reference number for renewal.
